CallTurbo Build an agent

Institution

How CallTurbo works, who answers, and how we correct mistakes.

CallTurbo is an AI call-center product operated by CodeAustral LLC. It is a paid product with public prices: Launch US$29, Team US$79 and Scale US$199 per month, with yearly billing at US$290, US$790 and US$1,990. This page publishes the team, the editorial rules, the correction process, the refund position and the contact route. It is the page to read before you trust the rest of the site.

What the product is

Software for a phone line that has to work.

CallTurbo builds inbound and outbound voice agents, the call flows behind them, campaigns, SMS, number and SIP connections, live operations and CRM records. It is sold to businesses that answer or make calls as part of their work: home services, clinics, studios, shops, property teams and agencies.

01

Paid, with the price published

There is no application to see a price and no quote required for a standard plan. The numbers on the pricing page are the published plan prices. Usage beyond the included credits is metered at the published rates.

02

Access is immediate

A standard plan is paid access, not a selection process. You choose a plan, get the workspace and start building. A conversation with our team is optional and does not change the price.

03

The limits are published

Provider and country availability, number types, transfer destinations and compliance duties are stated where they apply. We do not describe a capability as universal when it depends on a provider or an account configuration.

Team

Who is accountable for the site and the product.

CallTurbo is run by the product team at CodeAustral LLC. The work is split by function, and each function has a route to a person rather than a bot:

  • Product and platformCall flows, agents, providers and the workspace
  • SupportFirst response, account questions and incidents
  • BillingPlans, invoices, changes and renewal questions
  • EditorialGuides, standards and corrections

Paid support is answered by people by email at support@callturbo.com. We do not use a chatbot as the first line of paid support. If you need the name of the person handling your workspace, ask in the account or by email and we will tell you who it is.

What we will not do

The short list.

  • No invented ratingsNo review scores, customer counts or logos we cannot trace
  • No fake urgencyNo rolling countdown on a price that never changes
  • No hidden priceNo “contact us” in place of a published plan
  • No giveaway productThe guides are editorial reading; the product is paid
  • No claim without a limitIf it depends on a provider or a country, we say so

Editorial policy

How the guides are written and checked.

01

Written for the operator

Guides are written for the person who has to answer the phone or run the campaign, not for a search engine. Plain words first; a technical term is explained the first time it appears.

02

Checked against the product

Statements about what CallTurbo does are checked against the current product configuration and the published pricing. If a feature depends on a provider, a country or an account setting, the guide says so.

03

Illustrations are labelled

Diagrams and illustrations are identified as illustrations. They are not presented as screenshots of a customer account or as evidence of a measured result.

04

No paid placement

We do not publish a guide, rating or comparison because someone paid for it. Provider names appear because the platform supports them, not because of an affiliate arrangement.

Corrections

If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Send the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and the source or observation that contradicts it to support@callturbo.com with “Correction” in the subject. Include a link to the evidence if you have one.

We read corrections by email. When a correction changes a fact, a price description or a product claim, we update the page and move its “last reviewed” date. When the correction is substantive, we add a short note to the page saying what changed. We do not delete a correction request without answering it.

Refunds and billing

What happens with money.

Paid plans, usage charges, credits, refunds and renewal terms are shown at purchase and in the Terms and Conditions. Monthly plans renew month to month and yearly plans renew yearly; cancel before the next billing date to stop the renewal.

If an invoice looks wrong, send the workspace name, the invoice reference and the date of the charge to support@callturbo.com. A person reviews the recorded usage and answers in writing. Billing errors are corrected. Nothing on this page replaces the Terms.
